The South Coast Derby Competition Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter- The promoter of this competition is BeeBu Limited (“the Promoter”).
2. Eligibility – This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of BeeBu Limited and Aerial Direct Group, Portsmouth Football Club, and their immediate families are excluded from entering.
3. Competition Period – The competition opens on Monday 19th January at 9:00 am and closes at 9:00 am on Saturday 24th January. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter – To enter, participants must complete the competition form by providing:
o Name
o Email address
o Marketing opt-in preference
o Match final score predictions: No purchase is necessary.
5. Prizes – Prizes may include, but are not limited to:
o Signed footballs
o Signed football shirts
o Match tickets (25-26 season only and do not include the Southampton fixture.)
Prizes are subject to availability and may be substituted for items of equal or greater value at the Promoter’s discretion.
6. Winner Selection – Winners will be selected from entries that correctly predict the exact final score. If multiple correct entries are received, winners will be selected at random from those entries.
7. Winner Notification – Winners will be contacted via email within 48 Hours of the Closing Date. If a winner does not respond within 24 Hours, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
8. Marketing & Data Protection – By entering, participants consent to their data being processed by BeeBu Limited for the purposes of administering the competition. Marketing communications will only be sent where explicit opt-in consent has been provided.
9. General – The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. Governing Law – These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
