Treat this electronic gift card (eGiftcard) as cash. Any person who learns the URL of this eGiftcard can use it, therefore it is your responsibility to keep this eGiftcard safe by keeping the URL private. We recommend you keep the original eGiftcard email safe and take all necessary measures to secure your email. Do not open your eGiftcard on a public or shared computer terminal. Lost or stolen eGiftcards will not be replaced or refunded. Not redeemable for cash.

To be eligible to receive your eGiftcard, you must submit a claim within 90 days from the date your first bill is paid in full. Claims can be made by emailing hello@beebu.co.uk or by submitting the webform available above.

When you choose to redeem your eGiftcard by converting part or all of the value into a participating merchant’s eGiftcard or voucher, the validity of that portion of your eGiftcard may change. Please pay attention to the expiry periods and dates shown. Any unused value after the expiry date of any eGiftcard or voucher will not be refunded or credited. When you convert value into a participating merchant’s eGiftcard or voucher, the conversion is final and cannot be reversed. eGiftcards and vouchers are not reloadable.
